QABA Approved Course Work

The ABAT exam is designed for an entry level interventionist within a 3-tier treatment paradigm which includes: a) direct care instructional staff (behavior technicians), b) experienced lead instructional staff and mid-tier supervisors (QASP-S), and c) supervising behavior analysts who provide collaborative care, program development, and supervision to all staff (QBA).  The ABAT implements daily instruction and behavior intervention plans as designed by a master’s level or above professional who is licensed or certified within the scope of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Eligibility standards and passing the exam determine if candidates demonstrate minimal competence as an entry-level paraprofessional to protect the safety and welfare of the public. The ABAT credential holder must complete approved coursework and meet the required hours of supervised fieldwork. ABATs have a foundational knowledge of ABA and ASD. With supervision and peer support, they provide individualized intervention for each client.s section to describe your product, service, or offering while pairing it with an image. Meet Our Instructors

Our instructors are all credentialed BCaBA or QASP-S by international credentialing boards such as BACB and the QABA.  Majority of them have at least 10 to 20 years  clinical experience practicing applied behavior analysis for treatment of individuals with autism and other neurodiverse patients in the Philippines.  They all share the same passion for helping individuals with autism and related disorders achieve their full potential  as well as sharing their expertise and professional insights to aspiring ABA practitioners.

January Janina R. David        BCaBA, IBA

Janina, a seasoned professional in the field of ABA, started her journey in the industry as an ABA therapist from the pioneer ABA center in the Philippines  in 2000. With a passion for helping children with autism, she co-founded Teamworks Behavioral Therapy in 2002, dedicated to providing top-notch ABA programs in the Philippines.  Currently,  as the VP of Marketing at Teamworks, Genie leads the marketing strategy, nurtures new leads, and supervises a team of RBTs and ABATs. She also manages partnership programs at Makati Medical Center, all while maintaining a work-life balance as a dedicated wife and mother. Grace U. Roldan QASP-S, IBA

Grace has dedicated the past 18 years to the ABA field, working with individuals aged 12 months to 21 years. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and international certifications in QASP-S and IBA, she finds joy in witnessing the transformative power of small, data-driven interventions on independence, communication, and quality of life.  As a mentor, she values practical, relatable discussions and encourages challenging questions. Beyond teaching, she cherishes moments with her family, pets, dining out, and exploring new destinations. Grace is thrilled to guide and support new and existing  ABA practitioners on their journey to becoming certified technicians. Godessa Gyn Amor S. Salazar QASP-S, RPm

With a solid foundation in Psychology from Notre Dame of Marbel University and a professional license as a psychometrician, Yssa has been making a significant impact as a behavior therapist since 2017.  Her journey led her to become a channel partner of Teamworks ABA Therapy, establishing Teamworks Marbel in Koronadal City, South Cotabato to provide ABA services to the SOCCSKSARGEN region since 2022.  Credentials:  *QABA Certification Number : QASP-S 19539 valid until: January 2028 * Registered Psychometrician, Professional Regulation Commission
